Mrs. Auble
6th Grade Language Arts

I am so glad to be a part of LaFollette Middle
School as one of the 6th grade Language Arts
teachers. This marks my 3nd year teaching at LMS. I LOVE teaching English and I love
teaching it at LMS. For me teaching is not a job, but it is a calling.
I have worked in education for 11 years. I have been the
teacher for grades 6-12 at Loudon County Alternative School
and previous to that I worked in the Oak Ridge City School
system for 6 years as a TA in the Special Education Dept. and
various CDC classrooms. I have also had positions as the 7th
& 8th grade math intervention instructor, and have been a
T.A. for the English and Science dept. at Oak Ridge High
School. I also spent some time with the Oak Ridge City
School Central Office as a secretary in the Special Education
Department.

I live in Oak Ridge. My family and I are active members of Grace Baptist Church in the Karns community. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat. Our dogs are named Nala, Keena & Ginger and our cat's name is Tinkerbell. We like to go camping and we like to eat out together. I am an avid "wogger" (walker/runner). I have ran many 5ks, 10ks, 15ks, half-marathons and sprint and Olympic distance triathlons.
